Decluttering October: Kitchen Cabinets

Don't panic when you read that title! I did not spend hours decluttering my kitchen cabinets. And I don't expect you to either. It's a busy time of year, so this was a very, very quick look into each cabinet looking for the obvious that just had to go. I promise this can be done while you wait for water to boil or the sink to fill up with water.

And look at my picture...it was a small piddly amount. But it's less stuff in my cabinets. Feels good to done a quick look through. I did see a few items that might go in the future, but I just wasn't ready to part with them quite yet!

This was a true mini mission, I spent less than 20 minutes opening and browsing my cabinets for items to declutter. What area could you declutter in 20 minutes or less? Tell me about any decluttering you have done this month in the comments.
