Fall Porch Decorating

This Getting Things Done series is really helping to motivate me to get things done and checked off my list. Please keep reading and cheering me on, it's working!

I haven't decorated my front porch for autumn the last two years. This year I thought I'd take a go at it. And preferably with little investment.

Here is the door before:

And here is what I came up with without any outlay of cash.

I decide my little grouping needed a mum for the smaller pot. And I found a small white pumpkin at the grocery store to add. I thought about making a wreath, but I'm calling this done! In total I spent $4 for the mum and $2.99 for the pumpkin.

Another item I can check off the list! And the reason it is getting done is because I put it on the list. This is one of those items that, if I was overwhelmed, would get crossed off and skip. But this year, I'm in a good place to get it done.
