I have a small small pile of books to read. Piles can feel like clutter. And I prefer to tackle clutter. This means I must read a book this month to begin tackling the pile.
My plan is to take this book with me when I go to pick up my daughter from school. While I wait, I will read. At some point, I'm bound to finish if I keep at it.
I'll let you all know when I finish. Today's accomplishment is just making the plan on how to tackle my reading pile.
Do you have a pile of books or magazines to read? Can you begin to take action and get some of them read? What did you accomplish on day four?
I also have the goal of finishing up a small cross-stitch kit for my MIL for Christmas. It's not easily portable, but it is something that I can do while watching TV. I don't watch much, but when I do, I can at least be productive. And I have it in a woven basket that isn't an eye-sore and is easily movable. Good job on tackling the reading!!
ReplyDeleteI like combining things that take many sessions with other tasks, such as tv or getting my daughter. Or waiting in a waiting room! Thanks for the encouragement!
